PC 510 is a transparent, unfilled epoxy with low viscosity. It is used where a clear material is required. PC 510 can use different curing agents for different applications.

1. Weigh out required amount of PC 510 and add the required amount of catalyst.
2. Mix curing agent in thoroughly.
3. Evacuate for 2 - 5 minutes if void-free castings are required.
4. Pour into cavity or mold.
Part B - Cure at room temperature for 4- 8 hours and post cure 1-2 hours at 75°C.
Part B1 - Cure overnight at room temperature (25°C).
